The Umuthi Purple Kohlrabi Sprouting Seeds are a 50g vacuum-packed bag of purple kohlrabi seeds that will grow into purple and green microgreens. The seeds are natural and untreated, and are low in saturated fat and cholesterol, as well as good sources of thiamin, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. However, a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars. The seeds will take 1-3 days to germinate, depending on growing conditions.
Purple Kohlrabi has a small, dark seed which grows into anaesthetically pleasing purple and green sprout which will add a splash of colour to salads and garnishes. Also good to use as a Microgreen.
